PAYMENT POLICY:

$100 Deposit Details and Balance Due:

$100 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation for all lodging and golf packages due 10 days from the date the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be due 15 days prior to arrival date or first scheduled round for golf only packages.

For reservations made within 15 days of travel, full payment is required at time of booking.

RAIN OUTS:

If the golf course is closed due to weather, reschedule or rain checks can be issued.  No Refunds for Rain Outs. Contact your golf director for assistance with this.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

$100 deposit is refundable minus a $25 service fee per person if cancelled within 15 days of arrival.  If you must cancel within 15 days of your arrival you will be responsible for the accommodations in full and we will attempt to rain check your tee times.
